Our Story
TechSource Solutions' roots go back to 2004 with the creation of two separate but complementary companies: iTech and RightWay Technology. As both organizations grew, their specialties became more defined. iTech focused on IT service and support, while RightWay Technology served organizations with computer programming services, security and infrastructure planning.
As customer needs expanded, the two companies saw the value in bringing their strengths together. In 2012, they completed a merger and placed a broad range of products and services under one roof. Since then, TechSource Solutions has continued serving customers with a more complete IT management experience for businesses across Mississippi.

Leadership
TechSource is led by professionals with deep backgrounds in enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, desktop & server support, business administration, application development, backup, recovery, and security operations.

Jared Grant
Jared began working professionally in IT before graduating college. His background in enterprise servers, storage, and networking led to work with Unity Communications from 1997 to 2004. After earning a B.S. in Software Engineering from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2004, he formed iTech.
Jared is responsible for enterprise servers, storage, and networking at TechSource, with a focus on virtualization and business technology infrastructure.
Ken Ivey
Ken is responsible for business administration, sales, and application development divisions for TechSource. He was a founding partner of RightWay Technology prior to TechSource's formation.
His prior experience includes serving as CIO and later COO at Knobias, Inc. and the Manager of Network Support at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
Ken attended Ole Miss where he obtained his Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Computer Science.
Jerry Watts
Jerry heads up enterprise backup and recovery and antivirus operations at TechSource. His background includes programming, network administration, and managing wired and wireless network environments.
After working with the Employment Security Commission, University Medical Center, Unity Communications, and iTech, Jerry became part of TechSource through the company merger.
